An Introduction to Multiple Exposure Photography and the Blend Modes

This high-definition video is one of a series filmed professionally with Doug and Valda in Scotland in the winter of 2018. Lasting about 30 minutes this video, filmed in Glen Etive, starts with the very basics of multiple exposure photography and shows Valda in action talking with Doug, explaining how you how to set up your camera and use the blending modes to make basic images and how the various blending modes work. This is a great first introduction to working with multiple exposure techniques. PLEASE NOTE; To make the multiple exposure style of images you see Valda and Doug making you need a camera equipped with the 'Bright' and 'Dark' blending modes. Many models do NOT have these modes. Please check your camera's manual to make sure of the capabilities of your particular model. These videos were made in 2018.
